The location was unbeatable, room was warm and employees were helpful. Rooms with all amenities as well as an extra bed. Late check-out was useful.

Luxury and tidy hotel, dismissive staff and super location. Our room had a lovely bed and an amazing view. Lots of food for breakfast, food was excellent.

Such wonderful stay in this hotel. Picture perfect venue, top location, reasonably large bathrooms. We loved our queen room, it was big and non-smoking. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was appetising. Outstanding service and a small restaurant, available onsite.

Decent location, cheap rooms and polite staff. Neat and small hotel in Russian Hill district. And next to the downtown, many SF tourist destinations, restaurants. The food we tried was good and they have lots of meals to choose from. We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, but it was clean.

Very very good stay in the excellent area. It is a cute hotel and I appreciated its cool enough rooms and kind personnel. Good choice of amazing food.

Cozy hotel, I liked brilliant location and fine rooms. The attached restaurant offered wonderful dishes, and the breakfast was FREE. Everything was wonderful as expected, even so the bathroom was very dated. Staff was charming, service was fantastic, they shared some useful information.
Well, the views were bad here.

Perfect place to stay while in San Francisco. The room was incredibly comfortable and I liked the very central location. The staff was informative and made it an excellent stay. Situated in a local area.

so close to the airport, 20 km. there were restaurants and bars nearby. free wifi was working perfectly.

Hotel was good for adults. Just a couple of feet from polk street and other touristic attractions...

One could dine at restaurants such as Lord Stanley 5 minutes away. Fine base for city trip in San Francisco. Very easy to get from Oakland International airport, just 12 miles❤
